We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, property data). You own the AI-generated marketing content created for your listings. The ListForger brand, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
